YouTube Star Grace Helbig Says She's Been Diagnosed With Breast Cancer

“It’s very shocking, it’s very surreal, it doesn’t sound real, but it’s real,” the 37-year-old podcaster and actor said on YouTube.

Broken we go for healing, there is no excuse.  Which is exciting, encouraging, helpful, good," she said, adding that her doctors thought she had stage IIA breast cancer.

According to the American Cancer Society, triple breast cancer means that the tumors in a person's body are HER2-positive, ER-positive and PR-positive.  Stage II breast cancer can mean that "no tumor can be found in the breast, but the cancer cells have spread to at least one to three lymph nodes," according to the American College of Surgeons.  This stage may indicate "a tumor of two to five centimeters in the breast, with or without axillary lymph nodes."
